Getting Started & Scheduling

  • No. You do not need to select a service or clinician before contacting Enrich Relationship Center. Our Client Care Coordinator helps guide next steps and coordinate care based on your needs and clinician availability.

  • The best way to begin is by completing the contact form or calling our office. A member of our team typically follows up within one business day.

  • Yes. ERC does not charge for a brief initial consultation by phone. This conversation helps determine fit and next steps and is not a therapy session.

Services & Fit

    • Couples Therapy focuses on working through relationship patterns and building skills over time.

    • Discernment Counseling is a short-term, decision-focused process for couples who are uncertain about the future of their relationship.

    • Relationship Assessment is a structured evaluation designed to clarify how a relationship is functioning and inform next steps.

     

    If you’re unsure which is appropriate, our team can help guide the decision.

  • No. Intensive Relationship Therapy is an advanced format that requires assessment or consultation to determine clinical fit. Not all couples are appropriate candidates.

  • Yes. ERC offers research-based Relationship Workshops and educational programs at various times throughout the year. Workshops are educational in nature and not a substitute for therapy.

Fees, Insurance & Payment

  • Yes. ERC is a private-pay practice and does not accept insurance as an in-network provider.

  • No. Due to contractual restrictions, ERC is unable to provide services to individuals insured through Medicaid.

  • Clinician-specific fees are listed on individual provider bio pages. Fees vary based on education, training, and scope of practice.

  • Under the No Surprises Act, clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining expected costs for services. Estimates can be provided upon request and are included in informed consent documentation.

Sessions, Telehealth & Policies

  • Sessions are typically billed in 45-minute segments, with longer session lengths available when clinically appropriate.

  • Yes. ERC offers both in-person and telehealth services. Availability varies by clinician and licensure.

  • ERC requests at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or scheduling changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, as outlined in informed consent documentation.

Forms, Confidentiality & Safety

  • New clients are asked to complete all required intake documents at least 48 hours before their first appointment. Forms are provided as fillable PDFs. More info here.

  • Yes. Therapy services are confidential and governed by professional ethics and legal requirements. Limits to confidentiality are explained in your provider’s informed consent.

  • ERC does not provide emergency or crisis services. If you are in immediate danger, please call 911 or contact local emergency services. National crisis resources are listed on our Contact page.

  • Yes. ERC clinicians may be available for professional speaking engagements, media inquiries, or referral partnerships. Please visit the Professional Partnerships page for more information.
