Enrich Relationship Center offers relationship workshops designed to provide practical, research-based tools for improving communication and understanding across personal and professional relationships.
These workshops are educational in nature and are not a substitute for therapy or clinical intervention.

The Seven Principles Workshop
This workshop is based on The Seven Principles for Making Marriage Work by John Gottman, drawing on more than four decades of relationship research.
Participants learn and practice tools to:

Approach conflict in more constructive ways

Strengthen collaboration and shared meaning in relationships
Workshops are appropriate for individuals, couples, or pairs who want structured, research-informed education in relationship skills.
