Our Clinical Consultants

Heidi A Sauder, PhD
She/Her/Hers
Dr. Sauder provides consultation for therapists working with complex couples cases, including betrayal recovery, intimacy concerns, sex therapy, therapy intensives, and the integration of Gottman Method interventions into clinical practice.
She also assists clinicians who feel stuck in treatment planning or who are seeking guidance on challenging relationship cases.

Tina L Mansfield, PhD
She/Her/Hers
Dr. Mansfield provides clinical supervision for counselors pursuing licensure in Colorado and Wyoming, as well as consultation for clinicians seeking to deepen their work in individual therapy, couples therapy, grief, oncology, cultural responsiveness, counselor education, and practice transitions.
Her supervision approach emphasizes thoughtful collaboration, professional growth, and responsiveness to client needs.

Michelle D Frank, PsyD

Dr. Frank provides consultation for licensed clinicians working with adults and couples affected by ADHD.
Areas of focus include neuroaffirming assessment and treatment, Gottman Method Couples Therapy for ADHD, co-occurring conditions, and building confidence in ADHD-informed clinical care.
