A Collaborative Approach to Relationship Healing
Enrich Relationship Center offers Ketamine-Assisted Couples Therapy (KAP-C) in collaboration with Bloom Mental Health.
This approach combines comprehensive relationship assessment, evidence-informed couples therapy, and ketamine-assisted treatment to support carefully selected couples working through complex relationship challenges.
Medical screening, ketamine administration, and medical monitoring are provided independently by Bloom Mental Health. Enrich Relationship Center provides the relationship assessment, therapeutic preparation, integration sessions, and ongoing couples therapy.

How the Process Works
KAP-C follows a structured process designed to prioritize safety, clinical readiness, and thoughtful treatment planning.
Relationship Assessment
Treatment begins with a comprehensive relationship assessment that helps determine whether KAP-C is an appropriate fit.
Assessment includes:
-
Joint relationship interviews
-
Individual clinical interviews
-
Gottman Relationship Checkup
-
Personality assessment
-
Treatment planning and feedback
Completion of assessment does not automatically indicate that ketamine-assisted treatment is appropriate. Recommendations are made based on each couple's unique circumstances.

Preparation
Before any ketamine session, couples participate in preparation sessions that establish treatment goals, strengthen communication, and create a safe therapeutic foundation.
Some couples benefit from additional relationship therapy before moving into ketamine-assisted treatment.
Ketamine Sessions
Ketamine administration takes place at Bloom Mental Health under the supervision of licensed medical professionals.
During these sessions, your ERC therapist collaborates with the medical team while maintaining the therapeutic focus of the experience.
Medical evaluation, dosing, and monitoring are provided exclusively by Bloom Mental Health.
Integration
Integration sessions typically occur within 24 hours of ketamine administration.
These sessions focus on helping partners:
-
Reflect on the experience
-
Develop shared understanding
-
Integrate insights into daily life
-
Identify meaningful relationship changes

Ongoing Therapy
Following integration, couples continue relationship therapy designed to translate insights into lasting behavioral and relational change.
Treatment recommendations are individualized and may include additional therapy, future dosing sessions, or longer-term follow-up.

Is KAP-C Right for You?
Ketamine-Assisted Couples Therapy may be appropriate for couples experiencing significant relationship distress who are seeking an intensive, structured therapeutic approach.
Because this treatment requires careful screening and preparation, all couples begin with a relationship assessment before treatment recommendations are made.
